Collier Kennington

President

Collier Kennington serves as the President and Founder of KBI Services. Prior to KBI Services, Collier was an analyst in the banking and financial sector. He is a graduate from UNC Charlotte with a B.S. in Finance. He enjoys powerlifting, reading and spending time with his family. He recently completed his first Ultra Marathon.

Brad Kennington

Managing Director

Brad Kennington serves as Managing Director and Co-founder of KBI Services. With over 30 years in the commercial construction industry Brad has gained a unique set of skills. Brad is a graduate of University of Maryland with a degree in Construction Project Management. In his free time Brad enjoys woodworking and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Dalton Rook

Assistant Project Manager

Dalton Rook serves as an assistant project manager for KBI Services. He is looking forward to attending the University of North Carolina at Charlotte to acquire his finance degree. He enjoys playing soccer in his free time and is an avid Charlotte FC fan.
